2. Take A Walk

There has never been a time someone complained about walks. They are the most positive things ever! Walks into nature give you a chance to clear your thoughts and replace fears with confidence. So if you feel tense on your wedding day, spare 20 minutes for a brisk walk and believe us, you will be back fully refreshed.

3. Random Kindness

The greatest effect on your level of happiness lies kindness to others. Smiling at a stranger, helping someone with his or her grocery bags or making a friend dinner can make you happier than you’d ever imagine. All it takes is one act per day — and you can definitely try it on your special day.

4. Be Comfortable

Take along anything that makes you feel comfortable — a change of shoes, clothes, makeup bag or even your phone. Whatever you need to make you loosen up, literally, is recommended.

5. Enjoy your reception

You put in too much effort to watch others enjoy it. Get involved too! When it’s time to eat, make yourself a plate. When it’s time to dance, pull your groom along onto the dancefloor.
